Do you have a love for all animals? Are you a team player? If so, we are looking for you! We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist in our busy 8 veterinarian practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be very energetic and possess exceptional customer service skills. Individual must be able to multi-task in a busy environment, focus on details, be able to think ahead, work well under pressure, and be well organized.
Responsibilities include answering phones, answering client queries, booking appointments, greeting clients and patients, client education, inventory, and day to day cleaning.
