Dr. Duncan grew up here in Brandon, Manitoba. She has always loved animals and science and knew from a young age that veterinary medicine was the perfect combination of both. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon. Following graduation, she completed a 1 year rotating internship in companion animal medicine and surgery at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph. After a year working in general practice in Kitchener, Ontario, she moved back to Brandon and joined Grand Valley Animal Clinic. Outside of work, Dr. Duncan enjoys reading, baking and spending time outside with her friends and family.
