Rabbit Services

Ensuring your rabbit will receive the utmost compassion and care.

Rabbits are great companion animals even if they are shy with you at first. Once they become comfortable with you, they will play often as they love to socialize and can even live up to 12 years of age. We want to ensure you have all the resources required to care for your bunny properly, such as their diet, housing, behaviours, and grooming essentials. Call us at 204-728-0033.

What type of care can you provide for my rabbit?

From general checkups to surgeries, we offer it all. To ensure your pet's overall health and well-being are taken care of, we make it our due diligence to provide the most compassionate and comprehensive care. To maintain a good body condition, it is recommended that your pet is seen annually for a routine checkup and ensure there is no hidden health conditions. During these annual exams, we will also monitor their physical and mental health, as well as perform any diagnostics as needed.

How do I know if my rabbit is not feeling well?

Just like cats and dogs, rabbits hide their pain very well even when they are sick. By having routine wellness exams, your veterinarian can help diagnose and treat any problems before they become serious. However, pets can get sick anytime during the year so it's important to look for the following signs:

  • High or low body temperature
  • Loss of appetite
  • Diarrhea
  • Discharge from eyes and nose
  • Bald patches
  • Excessive drooling or sneezing
